Live: Perpetual Change to nowy album koncertowy legendarnego wokalisty zespołu Yes, Jona Andersona, nagrany we współpracy z zespołem The Band Geeks. Album został zarejestrowany podczas występu w Arcada Theatre w St. Charles, Illinois, w maju 2023 roku, w ramach trasy "Yes Epics and Classics Tour".
Album zawiera dziesięć utworów, z których osiem pochodzi z legendarnego albumu koncertowego Yes z 1973 roku, Yessongs. Dodatkowo, na płycie znalazły się kompozycje "The Gates of Delirium" z albumu Relayer (1974) oraz "Awaken" z Going for the One (1977).
