Zestaw zawiera siedem maxi-singli na winylu zawierających single ze Spirit, czternastego albumu Depeche Mode: Where's the Revolution (oryginalne wydanie: 3 lutego 2017 r.), Going Backwards (oryginalne wydanie: 23 czerwca 2017 r.) i Cover Me (oryginalne wydanie: 6 października 2017 r.).
Jako bonus dla fanów, „Spirit | The 12” Singles” zawiera siódmy dysk z pierwszym 12-calowym winylowym wydaniem Highline Sessions, nagraniem na żywo wykonanym 3 sierpnia 2016 roku w Nowym Jorku.
