Ten 8-płytowy zestaw deluxe zawiera 139 utworów – 48 nigdy wcześniej niepublikowanych wykonań oraz 38 niezwykle rzadkich utworów, a także książkę w twardej oprawie z obszernymi opisami autorstwa Seana Wilentza i ponad 100 rzadkich zdjęć. Dwie ostatnie płyty CD zestawu zawierają niepublikowane nagranie przełomowego koncertu Dylana w Carnegie Hall z 1963 roku, zmiksowane z oryginalnych taśm.
