Opis
The Jam - Best of to z pewnością najlepsza jednopłytowa kompilacja jednego z najlepszych brytyjskich zespołów ostatnich czterdziestu lat, wspaniałego powiewu świeżości, jakim był The Jam.
Piosenki Paula Wellera z perspektywy czasu wydają się zapowiedzią stylu The Style Council. Od podstawowych rockowych In The City i All Around the World po względną subtelność Start (z krótką, porywającą solówką gitarową), Town Called Malice i The Bitterest Pill, pokazują jego niewątpliwy talent.
Materiał został znakomicie zremasterowany przez Rogera Wake'a.
