Wykonawca muzyki ambient Pete Namlook był jedynym muzykiem, z którym Schulze zdecydował się na stałą współpracę. W latach 1994–2005 nagrał z nim dziesięć albumów z cyklu Dark Side of the Moog (tytuły wszystkich z nich są parafrazami tytułów utworów Pink Floyd). Wyjątkowy zestaw zawiera 4 części cyklu. Dodatkowo na piątym krążku "Live in Hamburg".
