„Nebraska ’82: Expanded Edition” to wyjątkowe wydawnictwo towarzyszące filmowi „Deliver Me From Nowhere”, opowiadającemu historię powstania albumu „Nebraska”. Zawiera ono niepublikowane wcześniej materiały z tego niezwykle twórczego okresu, w tym legendarne sesje „Electric Nebraska” z zespołem E Street Band, a także solowe nagrania domowe i studyjne.

Całość uzupełnia remaster oryginalnego albumu oraz nowy film z wykonaniem wszystkich dziesięciu utworów z „Nebraska” w kolejności albumowej. 

Akustyczne arcydzieło Springsteena z 1982 roku zostało rozszerzone o 17 współczesnych nagrań (w tym 15 wcześniej niepublikowanych), które powstały w fali inspiracji towarzyszącej tworzeniu „Nebraska” i nawiązują do jej przejmujących tematów.
