Edycja z okazji 40-lecia albumu Ultravox Lament, pierwotnie wydana w kwietniu 1984 roku, była następstwem 3 udanych albumów z Midge'em Ure'em na wokalu, a także dwóch pełnych światowych tras koncertowych. Wyprodukowany przez sam zespół w drugiej połowie 1983 roku. Album zawiera światowy hit Dancing With Tears In My Eyes, a także One Small Day i tytułowy utwór Lament.
