Zestaw pudełkowy zawiera dziewięć winylowych płyt LP i cztery płyty CD lub dziewięć płyt CD - w tym oryginalny album, alternatywne wersje, outtakes i dema dokumentujące tworzenie „A Ghost Is Born” - a także pełne nagranie koncertowe z 2004 roku z Boston's Wang Center i warsztaty zespołu „Fundamentals”. Zawiera sześćdziesiąt pięć wcześniej niepublikowanych utworów, a także 48-stronicową książkę w twardej oprawie z wcześniej niepublikowanymi zdjęciami i nową książeczką autorstwa zdobywcy nagrody Grammy Boba Mehra. Alternatywna wersja „Handshake Drugs”, nagrana podczas sesji studyjnych w nowojorskim Sear Sound 13 listopada 2003 roku, będzie dostępna od 2025 roku, ponad 20 lat później.
